They have teamed up with legendary former Gap Band front-man, R&B crooner Charlie Wilson with a new song and video entitled "More Than You'll Ever Know" Here it is...

Rapper Heavy D's Death Caused by Pulmonary Embolism

According to TMZ, the L.A. coroner's office ruled that the 44-year-old hip-hop star died from "natural" causes. Specifically, his death was attributed to pulmonary embolism, a blockage of an artery in the lungs caused by blood clots. Apparently the long flight Heavy took home after performing at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Europe might have been a huge factor.

Heavy D passed away on Nov. 8 of a respiratory failure that officials now know was caused by deep leg vein thrombosis, an ailment that is often associated with the immobility caused by long airplane flights. In the rapper's case, a clot formed in his legs and traveled up to his lungs.

MTV's List Of The Top 12 Hip-Hop Xmas Songs

So MTV compiled a list of 12 Hip-Hop Christmas songs by some of our fav hip-hop artists and what makes them so cheery!
In no particular order, here's what they came up with...

1. "Christmas in Hollis," Run-D.M.C.
No doubt the greatest rap carol ever recorded, this 1987 classic found Run and partner-in-rhyme D.M.C. rapping about Christmas in their Hollis, Queens, New York, neighborhood. Who could forget Run spitting about finding Santa's wallet with $1 million in it? Or D.M.C.'s verse that toasted his mother's collard-greens-and-mac-and-cheese Christmas dinner?

2."Christmas Rappin'," Kurtis Blow
Run-D.M.C. may have done it best, but Kurtis Blow did it first when he recorded "Christmas Rappin' " in 1979. It's not hard to figure out how Kurtis Blow became rap's first bankable solo star — he represented something fresh and original. Putting a new twist on the Christmas carol, Blow rapped, "Don't you give me all that jive about things you wrote before I was alive/ 'Cause this ain't 1823 or even 1970." Take that Santa!

3."Christmas in Harlem," Kanye West featuring Big Sean, Pusha T, et al
Leave it to Kanye West to present the grandest rap carol with "Christmas in Harlem." Not only did the song feature the Louis Vuitton Don and his G.O.O.D. Music team, 'Ye also grabbed Dipset MCs Cam'ron, Jim Jones and Vado in addition to Musiq Soulchild, Cyhi da Prynce and Teyana Taylor to join in on the festivities. Produced by Hit-Boy, the six-minute, 32-second track found each of the rappers giving a different take on the holidays. Yeezy, who plays Bad Santa, recounts a December 25 sexual escapade, while Jim Jones goes on a shopping spree. Sounds like a hodgepodge, but in the end it all came together quite nicely.

4. "Christmas Rap," the Treacherous 3
Every hip-hop fan should watch the 1984 cult classic "Beat Street" at least once in life. Kudos to those old enough to remember the Treacherous Three's hilarious "Christmas Rap," on which the Bronx, New York, MCs collaborated with Doug E. Fresh and dissed Santa for putting bootleg gifts under the tree.

5. "Ludacrismas," Ludacris
If Ludacris was cast in the 2007 holiday film "Fred Claus," why wouldn't he add to the movie's soundtrack? On "Ludacrismas," the ATL MC gets busy by rapping lyrics like, "I tell 'em all I want for Christmas is two gold front teeth." If not for the beat's persistent sleigh bells, this one could bang all year round.

6. "Santa Claus Goes Straight to the Ghetto," Snoop Dogg
Who says gangstas can't roast chestnuts on an open fire? In the 1990s, Death Row Records made their bones making murderous music, but even the label's menacing Suge Knight got into the holiday spirit. In 1996 he dropped the amazingly titled Christmas on Death Row. While the album's cover featured Santa in an electric chair, the actual disc had some more appropriate holiday tunes. Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound and the late Nate Dogg collaborated on the funky "Santa Claus Goes Straight to the Ghetto." Looks like murder wasn't always the case.

7. "Deck da Club," the Ying Yang Twins
Leave it to the Ying Yang Twins to transform "Deck the Halls" into a crunk club anthem. The highlight is when Kaine and brother D-Roc take the melody from "Jingle Bells" and apply it to the gentlemen's club, singing, "We gonna keep on spendin' that dough, just to see her do her thang/ Makin' her booty roll, but just don't spill my drank." Strippers celebrate Christmas too.

8. "Bad Santa Intro," Jim Jones featuring Sen and Shoota
No rapper has consistently represented more for St. Nick than Dipset's Jim Jones. In 2008, Jimmy dropped A Tribute to Bad Santa the second holiday album in his catalog. It was totally street though and included the standout "Bad Santa Intro," where Capo rhymed about sending commissary to his friends locked in prison and the rising price of snow and poverty in the 'hood.

9. "Jingle Bellz," Juelz Santana and Starr
Jim Jones isn't the only Dipset MC who gets into the holiday spirit. Juelz Santana got cozy with R7B singer Starr on a remixed version of "Jingle Bells" — with a z at the end, of course. I mean, who wouldn't want to go dashing through the snow in a four-door white Bentley?

10. "Cold Chillin' Christmas," the Juice Crew
In the 1980s, Marley Marl's Juice Crew was a lyrical juggernaut. Comprised of MC Shan, Roxanne Shanté, Big Daddy Kane, Masta Ace, Craig G and Kool G. Rap, the Juice Crew released some of the rawest raps in their day. They also showed diversity in 1988 by releasing "Cold Chillin' Christmas." Definitely worth a listen.

11. "The Christmas Song," David Banner
Mississippi MC David Banner has never been one to bite his tongue, and on "The Christmas Song," he stays true to form. On December 23, 2003, Banner released his second solo album, MTA2: Baptized in Dirty Water, and on it was the grim-sounding "Christmas Song." Don't let the song title fool you: DB did not spread any holiday cheer. Instead, on the song's hook, he sings, "It's wintertime and we still cannot find a job/ We fill out applications but you treat us like we're slobs/ So we rob and we steal 'cause we're tryna get a meal." Santa better watch his back.

12. "Merry Muthaf---in' Xmas," Eazy-E
Now you know Eazy-E couldn't just do a traditional Christmas carol. The West Coast legend did make a classic, however, when he recorded "Merry Muthaf---in' Xmas," a pornographic yet hilarious interpolation of "Jingle Bells." Trust us, it's not for the squeamish.

HF Bonus Song: "Santa Baby" Run DMC ft Mase, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Salt N Pepa, Onyx & Keith Murray
My alltime fav because it was at a time we all were recovering from the so called "East West Coast beef" and the lost of BIG and Tupac. It was good to see Snoop, Diddy and raps hardcore players come together.

Mumia Abu-Jamal Taken Off Of Death Row!!

The Associated Press reports that Mumia Abu-Jamal has been released from death row and will spend the rest of his life in prison. Here's the full article....

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Prosecutors on Wednesday abandoned their 30-year pursuit of the execution of convicted police killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, the former Black Panther whose claim that he was the victim of a racist legal system made him an international cause celebre.

Abu-Jamal, 58, will instead spend the rest of his life in prison. His writings and radio broadcasts from death row had put him at the center of an international debate over capital punishment.

Flanked by Officer Daniel Faulkner's widow, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams announced his decision two days short of the 30th anniversary of the white policeman's killing.

He said continuing to seek the death penalty could lead to "an unknowable number of years" of appeals, and that some witnesses have died or are unavailable after nearly three decades.

"There's never been any doubt in my mind that Mumia Abu-Jamal shot and killed Officer Faulkner. I believe that the appropriate sentence was handed down by a jury of his peers in 1982," said Williams, the city's first black district attorney. "While Abu-Jamal will no longer be facing the death penalty, he will remain behind bars for the rest of his life, and that is where he belongs."

Abu-Jamal was originally sentenced to death. His murder conviction was upheld through years of appeals. But in 2008, a federal appeals court ordered a new sentencing hearing on the grounds that the instructions given to the jury were potentially misleading.

After the U.S. Supreme Court declined to weigh in two months ago, prosecutors were forced to decide whether to pursue the death penalty again or accept a life sentence without parole.

Williams said he reached the decision with the blessing of Faulkner's widow, Maureen.

"Another penalty proceeding would open the case to the repetition of the state appeals process and an unknowable number of years of federal review again, even if we were successful," the district attorney said.

Widener University law professor Judith Ritter, who represented Abu-Jamal in recent appeals, welcomed the move.

"There is no question that justice is served when a death sentence from a misinformed jury is overturned," Ritter said. "Thirty years later, the district attorney's decision not to seek a new death sentence also furthers the interests of justice."

According to trial testimony, Abu-Jamal saw his brother scuffle with the patrolman during a 4 a.m. traffic stop in 1981 and ran toward the scene. Police found Abu-Jamal wounded by a round from Faulkner's gun. Faulkner, shot several times, was killed. A .38-caliber revolver registered to Abu-Jamal was found at the scene with five spent shell casings.

Over the years, Abu-Jamal challenged the predominantly white makeup of the jury, the instructions given to the jurors and the accounts of eyewitnesses. He also said that his lawyer was ineffective, that the judge was racist and that another man confessed to the crime.

The one-time journalist's own 1995 book, "Live From Death Row," depicts prison life and calls the justice system racist.

He got worldwide support from the "Free Mumia" movement, with hundreds of vocal supporters and death-penalty opponents regularly turning out for court hearings in his case.

His message resonated on college campuses and in Hollywood. Actors Mike Farrell and Tim Robbins were among dozens of luminaries who used a New York Times ad to call for a new trial, and the Beastie Boys played a concert to raise money for Abu-Jamal's defense.

Faulkner's widow labored to ensure her husband was not forgotten.

"My family and I have endured a three-decade ordeal at the hands of Mumia Abu-Jamal, his attorneys and his supporters, who in many cases never even took the time to educate themselves about the case before lending their names, giving their support and advocating for his freedom," she said Wednesday. "All of this has taken an unimaginable physical, emotional and financial toll on each of us."

Amnesty International, which maintains that Abu-Jamal's trial was "manifestly unfair and failed to meet international fair trial standards," said the district attorney's decision does not go far enough. Abu-Jamal still has an appeal pending before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court over the validity of ballistics evidence.

"Amnesty International continues to believe that justice would best be served by granting Mumia Abu-Jamal a new trial," said Laura Moye, director of the human rights group's Campaign to Abolish the Death Penalty.

Members of Philadelphia's police community stood with Williams and Maureen Faulkner as the decision was announced. Former police union president Rich Costello criticized the courts for ordering a new sentencing hearing.

"Where do Maureen and the Faulkner family go for a reduction in their sentence?" Costello said. "For 30 years now, they have been forced to suffer grief, anguish, abuse, insults, intimidation, threats and every other sort of indignity that can be visited on a family already in grief."

Faulkner lashed out at the judges who overturned the death sentence, calling them "dishonest cowards" who, she said, oppose the death penalty. The widow also vowed to fight any special treatment for Abu-Jamal behind bars, saying he should be moved to the general population after being taken off death row.

"I will not stand by and see him coddled, as he has been in the past," Faulkner said. "And I am heartened that he will be taken from the protective cloister he has been living in all these years and begin living among his own kind — the thugs and common criminals that infest our prisons."

Hustle And Flow Star Terrence Howard Says Wife Is Lying About Him Threatening Her!

So TMZ is reporting that the Academy Award nominated actor from the movie "Hustle And Flow" is speaking out about about his wife filling a restraining order against him claiming that he threatened her life. here's what was reported...

Terrence Howard's estranged wife got a restraining order against the actor this morning -- claiming Howard constantly beats her and threatens to kill her ... but Terrence says it's all a big, fat lie.

Michelle Howard filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, claiming Terrence began beating her up just 7 days after they were married in January 2010.

In the docs, Michelle claims Howard "slugged me across my face and neck" ... and threatened to throw her off a balcony.

Michelle claims the violence continued throughout their marriage -- with Terrence allegedly committing several violent acts, such as

-- smacking her in the face and chipping her tooth with his wedding ring
-- throwing her down to the ground in a parking lot
-- telling her, "I'll hit a woman quicker than I'd hit a man"
-- Saying, "If you tell anyone about my personal business, I will kill you and no one will ever know
-- Screaming, "B*tch, walk home. That's my car, I pay for it."

Howard also filed legal papers, adamantly denying that he EVER threatened Michelle -- but claiming she has been threatening to "release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain" unless he paid her money.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... the material in question includes a video of Howard singing naked in the shower.

This morning, an L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Michelle a temporary restraining order preventing Howard from going near her or contacting her until their next court hearing.

Michelle filed for divorce back in February.

In the report, Spears claims that the reality star pushed and struck her "in and about her body," causing injuries.

The TMZ further reports that the altercation started when Spears allegedly walked up to Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, and told him that he was "too young to be married." In a video posted at the time of the incident, she told a cameraman , "All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," she explained. "She hit me. She pushed me and hit me. Security didn't say nothing. It was her. She looked in my face. I tried to get her and she pushed me again."

T-Boz Of TLC Files For Bankruptcy Again While Ex Hubby Owes Over $25,000 In Back Child-Support!

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins of the 90's mega girls group TLC recently filed for bankruptcy protection. This is the second time in less than a year. Watkins, 41, entered a similar bankruptcy protection filing with the United States Bankruptcy Court of Northern District of Georgia in February. It was dismissed the next month.

TMZ reports that T-Boz has been drowning in bills due to lack of income, something I'm sure most of America can relate to. here is a quick summary of what she earns vs what she owes...

-Her total assets are $1.716 million, mostly her property. Her liabilities total $768,642.99, mostly her mortgage. (Her claimed assets in her February filing were $1.892 million and liabilities $742,258.52.)

- The filing says her monthly income is averaging $11,700, $1,200 from royalties tied to her days with TLC. Her estimated monthly expenses are $8,821, $5,170 of that from the mortgage alone. But in 2011 through the end of October, she reported her income from employment or operation of business totaled a mere $14,000.

- Her property is worth $1.2 million, the documents say. She owes $740,470.03. Cash on hand? $1,000. Various household goods are valued at $100,000. Clothing: $75,000. Jewelry: $20,000. Exercise equipment: $2,500. Three vehicles (a 2001 Escalade, 2005 Odyssey and 2006 Mercedes Benz CLS 500) worth a combined $45,500.t again.

On top of her massive debt it appears that her ex husband Mark Jefferson (California rapper Mack 10) owes T-Boz over $25,000.00 in back child-support! The two have an 11yr old daughter together. we're sure that money could have help prevent her from having to file bankruptcy yet again.

T- Boz has suffered from major medical problems over the years. for years she has battled Sickle Cell Disease and in 2006 was diagnosed with a brain tumor, which has been treated. It would seem as if this woman can't get a break but she keeps still pushes on. In 2009, she appeared on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.” She lasted six episodes and raised $20,000 for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia.

Lockout Over!!! N.B.A. and Players Reach Deal.

NY Times Howard Beck Reports..

With handshakes, sighs and weary smiles, the N.B.A. and its players resolved a crippling labor dispute early Saturday, allowing them to reopen their $4-billion-a-year business. A 66-game season would start on Christmas Day, ending the second-longest lockout in league history.

On nearly every count, the deal favors the owners, who all along had sought an overhaul. The players made significant concessions, including a reduction of up to $300 million year in salaries, $3 billion over the life of the agreement.

Based on tentative agreements reached earlier, the deal is expected to be for 10 years, the longest such contract in the history of the National Basketball Association, with an option for either side to terminate it after six years. It includes a significant pay cut for players, along with shorter contracts, smaller raises and a more punitive tax system to rein in the top-spending teams.

The deal was reached about 3 a.m. Saturday, on the 149th day of the lockout, after a final 15-hour bargaining session at the law offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Midtown Manhattan.

“We’ve reached a tentative understanding that is subject to a variety of approvals and very complex machinations,” the league’s commissioner, David Stern, said, “but we’re optimistic that that will all come to pass, and that the N.B.A. season will begin on Dec. 25, Christmas Day, with a tripleheader.”

It is expected that training camps and free agency will open simultaneously on Dec. 9, giving teams two weeks to prepare.

The three Dec. 25 games are likely to be the ones that were on the schedule: the Boston Celtics at the Knicks, followed by the Miami Heat at the Dallas Mavericks and the Chicago Bulls at the Los Angeles Lakers. The rest of the schedule will be reconstructed and released in the coming days.

“We’re really excited,” said Peter Holt, the San Antonio Spurs’ owner and chairman of the league’s labor-relations committee. “We’re excited for the fans. We’re excited to start playing basketball, for players, for everybody involved.”

The 2011-12 season, shortened by 16 games, would be the second shortest in the modern era, after a 50-game season in 1999, which was also foreshortened by a lengthy lockout. Teams would play a compressed schedule, and the season would be extended into late April. The season had been scheduled to begin Nov. 1. The playoffs and finals would also be pushed back.

But much needs to be done before the basketballs hit the court.

Officials on both sides must still negotiate myriad so-called B-list issues, including drug testing, the minimum age and the use of the Development League, and the entire collective bargaining agreement must be formally constructed.

The deal must be ratified by a simple majority of the 30 teams and a simple majority of the 430-plus players. Before that can happen, the parties must dispose of two pending lawsuits, and the players must reconstitute their union, which was dissolved on Nov. 14.

Both Mr. Stern and Billy Hunter, the executive director of the National Basketball Players Association, expressed confidence that the deal would be approved. Because of the early hour, the deal had not been shared with key committees on each side, and officials demurred on any questions about the details.

While Mr. Stern, Mr. Holt and Adam Silver, the deputy commissioner, smiled through their fatigue, the players’ representatives — Mr. Hunter, Derek Fisher and Maurice Evans — looked grim.

“For myself, it’s great to be a part of this particular moment, in terms of giving our fans what it is that they so badly wanted and want to see,” said Mr. Fisher, the erstwhile president of the players union.

He did not smile as he said it, appearing more relieved than happy. Mr. Evans, another member of what was the union’s executive board, sat stoically next to Mr. Fisher. No one on the players’ side praised the agreement.

The deal will feature a 50-50 split of revenues, but with the possibility of the players making as much as 51 percent or as little as 49, depending on whether the league exceeds or falls short of projections. The players had been earning 57 percent.

It is unclear at this point how the final, thorny issues — primarily regarding limits on teams paying the luxury tax, and other restrictions on free agency — were resolved.

Heavy D’s Family Releases First Statement Since The Entertainer's Sudden Death.

AllHipHop.com released a statement by Heavy D‘s family regarding his passing and how he outside of being a great entertainer he was also a great father and friend.
Here's what they said...

Hev had great love for his family and friends; he was a kind and giving spirit who extended and shared himself with everyone who crossed his path. He had a heart of gold, was approachable, very personable and gave of himself willingly and unconditionally.

Though Hev will most notably be remembered for his work both behind-the-scenes and in the forefront, he will always be remembered by us as a generous soul who remained humble and unselfish till his final days.Out of all Hev’s successes and accomplishments, in his eyes, his most important triumph was that of becoming a father.

Hev’s love for his daughter Xea was profound–she was the center of his life, his heart, his soul. He often said “I cannot live without her and that she embodied every phenomenal attribute that he brought to this world.”

The name and the success of Heavy D will always be synonymous with music forever. He never compromised his values and artistry, and encouraged his peers to do the same.

To us, Hev was the one who made us laugh, cry, sing, dance and turn a frown upside down. As a family, we are devastated by Hev’s passing but through our faith in God and support from family, friends and fans-we are comforted, blessed and will remain strong. His “bear hugs” are going to be deeply missed.

Heavy D's family plans a public viewing this Thursday and a private funeral on Friday in his hometown of Mount Vernon. Thoughts and prayers go out to his friends, family and devoted fans.

Occupy Wall Street Protesters Removed From Zuccotti Park

1:19 am NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg sent out a tweet via twitter that it was time to clear out Zuccotti Park."Demonstrators should temporarily leave and remove tents and tarps,Protesters can return after the park is cleared.” New York City police in riot gear swept into the Lower Manhattan park and removed the Occupy Wall Street protesters early today following similar moves that shut down camps in Oakland, California, and Portland, Oregon.

One of the reasons Mayor Bloomberg sent police in to remove the protesters was because organizers announced plans to mark the two-month anniversary of the movement this week with plans to “shut down Wall Street” and “occupy the subways.”
Police rushed into Zuccotti Park with loud speakers and told the over 200 protesters to remove the space or face arrest. hundreds of tents and tarps that have been up since Sept were torn down. No major incidents have been reported so far but there have been over 70 arrests.

Once all protesters were cleared from the Zuccotti Park it was temporarily closed. NYC sanitation crew have entered the park for major cleaning. once the city has received a court order the park will be reopened. Protesters will be allowed to re-enter but no tent or tarps will be allowed back in. Protester have also made their way to City Hall. Mayor Bloomberg has scheduled a news conference regarding the matter.

Penn State's Board of Trustees has ended Joe Paterno's reign as the school's head football coach effective immediately!!

Penn State Fires Joe Paterno As Coach: MyFoxPHILLY.com

Penn State Board of Trustees Fired president Graham Spanier and football coach Joe Paterno effective immediately! Rodney Erickson will be interim president and Tom Bradley takes over as coach. The crowd was extremely shocked and upset when Paterno's firing was announced. The board would not comment on Paterno's reaction but he was told earlier told evening. Due to the crowd out cry riot police have been deployed in State College.

Paterno, who is 84,announced earlier that he would retire at the end of the football season after serving as head coach at Penn State since 1966. hours later it was announced that his retirement was changed into an immediate release. The Education Department will investigate Penn State for violating a crime-reporting act, with the loss of federal funding a possible punishment.

Its highly likely that the federal investigation will focus on school employees Paterno, Spanier, Gary Schultz and Tim Curley, who all knew about an alleged sexual assault or incident involving a 10-year-old boy and former coach Jerry Sandusky which was witnessed by a graduate assistant in 2002. The incident wasn’t reported to University police or federal investigators when the witness reported it to the school.

Penn State and Paterno could face a slew of civil lawsuits in the coming months due to his role covering up the incident. There could also be concerns about how the school presents Paterno’s appearance at his final home game on Saturday. CNBC put a price tag of $100 million on the potential civil suit liability. In a statement today now former coach Paterno said.. "I have decided to announce my retirement effective at the end of this season, At this moment the Board of Trustees should not spend a single minute discussing my status. They have far more important matters to address. I want to make this as easy for them as I possibly can."

We all wish he would have had the same concern for that 10 yr old boy.

When Is It Time To Go?

I use to love the way my hairdresser did my hair, then not so much. one day she wasn't in so I let the other stylist do it. I Loved It! The next week my stylist came back and I had to decide if I was gonna continue to let her do my hair (which always ended up with me feeling cheated)or let the new stylist work her magic. Of-course I continued to sit in my stylists chair and reminisce on how great my hair looked the week before. My cowardliness posed a burning question in my head.

Why do we continue to stay when we know its time to go? why do we stay and wait for that something to come back when we know that it isn't? We all claim we just want to be happy in life but continue to sit in unhappy situations. sometimes we find that happiness right on the other side of the door but won't walk through it. could it be fear of change? not wanting to look bad in other peoples eyes? who knows?

We have always been taught to stick things out and never give up but isn't sticking it out in a hopeless situation the same as giving up on happiness? . If you stay in a bad situation for along time you're perceived as weak or stupid. If you decide to never stay in an unhappy situation and always go with what or who makes happy, you're perceived as flaky or even heartless.

I guess in the end you have to do what works for you, make decisions on your on time and hope for the best. It's about you and what you can live with. As for me, I'm one step away from finally standing up and stepping away from that old staylist chair and start rocking a new do! Hopefully Lol

Heavy D -- real name Dwight Arrington Myers -- was rushed to an L.A. hospital around noon today ... and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 1 PM. He was 44 years old.

We've learned a 911 call was placed from Heavy's Beverly Hills home around 11:25 AM to report an unconscious male on the walkway .

When help arrived, we're told Heavy D was conscious and speaking -- and was transported to a nearby hospital.

He died a short time later.

Cops are investigating the death -- and so far, there are no obvious signs of foul play.

Heavy D had several massive hits -- including "Now That We Found Love." He also wrote and performed the theme song for "In Living Color" ... and appeared as an actor in the movie "Life."

Heavy just performed at the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in Wales on October 8. He sang "Jam" with La Toya Jackson -- and rocked it.

Story developing ...

T.I. Back In Prison Only 2Days After Release.

As Reported By Leah Collins For National Post..
He scored a reality show hours after getting out of prison Wednesday morning. Clearly, T.I. is a quick mover. So quick the rapper is already in prison again, CNN reports. But what got him there? Last we’d heard from Tip, he had checked into an Atlanta half-way house, ostensibly ready to start production on his upcoming VH1 series, having put his 10 months at an Arkansas federal pen behind him. It wasn’t a drug violation that landed him back in jail, MTV reports. And it wasn’t an alcohol or cough-syrup-related one, either. Rather, Radar Online reports that T.I. simply chose the wrong way to travel from Arkansas to Atlanta.
T.I. made the 375-mile trip to Atlanta in a chauffered luxury bus, while followed by a caravan of four black SUVs. An offense to good taste, maybe — but that’s not the issue. Radar reports that in order for T.I. to make the trip using his own transportation, he had to file a petition. In his request, Radar reports the rapper said he’d be getting there in a van. To the authorities, a party-bus plus entourage doesn’t fit that description. As such, the outlet reports that authorities think he lied about the transportation arrangements — a transgression that had them ordering T.I. back into federal custody Thursday.
T.I.’s lawyer told Radar that the situation is all a misunderstanding: “We are confident there was never any intent to mislead or to misstate the method of transportation. If there was some confusion or misunderstanding surrounding the method of transportation, we hope to clear it up quickly so T.I. can return to the halfway house.” According to Radar, T.I. could remain locked up in Atlanta until his sentence ends Sept. 29.
As for the rapper’s upcoming reality show, MTV reports that VH1′s cameras were with T.I. on the bus between Arkansas and Georgia. Now that he’s in prison again, however, E! News reports that their cameras will not be allowed inside the Atlanta pen with him. The show, which is expected to show T.I. readjusting to life as a free pop star, was initially scheduled to appear in December.
